WF4W joined the Bristol After Stroke walking football team for one of their latest training sessions to find out more about how the game can benefit those who have had a stroke.

Newly formed walking football team, The Waspettes, share the story of how they were formed, the work they've done to find sponsorship and their hopes to be an inclusive, supportive club for all women.

WF4W turned up in support of the fantastic new summer league for women over 55 years of age. In its inaugural year, the Vale and Valley league has drawn players from all over the country of different abilities from the ages of 55-70+.

Our latest fantastic walking football story is shared by Emma Kimber currently of Melksham WWFC and the WFA England Kicking Cancer team. Emma's football journey is one of resilience, determination and defying the odds.
